Bolivarian Government helps residents of the state of Sucre due to the overflow of the Rivilla River

The Bolivarian Government serves the inhabitants of sectors of the municipalities of Andrés Mata and Bermúdez in the state of Sucre due to the overflow of the Rivilla River due to the heavy rains that have occurred in the eastern state.
In response to this eventuality, police and National Risk Management System personnel remain deployed in the area to ensure safety and assistance to communities.
The overflow caused the bridge located in the El Muco sector to fall. There have been no human losses so far. However, there was damage to several houses in the area.
Previously, the governor of the entity, Gilberto Pinto, held a meeting last Saturday to strengthen security in the region, during which he exchanged plans with the director of the Autonomous Police Institute of the state Sucr (IAPES), G/B Carlos Barrero Carrillo; as well as representatives of the various security forces in the region, reports Prensa Gobernación de Sucre.
