The Bolivarian Government, within the framework of strengthening the 6th Ecological Transformation, this Friday, January 17, inaugurated the Ecopark “Overcoming the Barrier in Communal Zulia” in Maracaibo, Zulia state, as reported by the Minister of Popular Power for Ecosocialism, Josué Lorca.
Through his account on the social network Instagram, in a published video, he stated that “we are happy in the company of the two main actors of the revolution, such as our people organized through the communes of the communal circuits, and as is our youth”.
“This ecopark has been a precise and concrete instruction from our president, Nicolás Maduro, to combine three forces: the strength of the communes, the strength of organized Popular Power, the strength of youth and the environmental apex,” he said.
He also noted that the ecopark has facilities made with 100% recycled materials. “We have ecological parks for children that are made with ecological materials, with courts with tires out of use,” he added.
He also noted that approximately 30,000 rubbers have been taken out of the garbage and have been converted into weights.
“The importance of taking care of the park serves a dual purpose. It is a park that, in addition to being ecologically sustainable, is a park that is made for the development of the Great Venezuelan Youth Mission in its 7 vertices and is combined with the Popular Organization in Zulia,” he said.
The new ecopark will not only serve as a center for the integral development of all its vertices, but it will also contribute to the strengthening of a circular and sustainable economy for the environment.
