Bolivarian Government launches Araguaney pumping station in Caucaguita parish

The Bolivarian Government, through the Ministry of Popular Water Power (MINAGUAS) and the Venezuelan Hydrological Workforce (HIDROVEN), carried out the installation and operation of the Araguaney pumping station, located in the Caucaguita parish of the Sucre municipality, Miranda state.

This important operational work will significantly optimize the pressure and distribution of the water service in the area, guaranteeing direct supply for more than 2,300 families in the community, according to a MINAGUAS press release.

The technical deployment included the design and integral construction of the pumping house, the installation of a 15 HP pumping unit, as well as the installation of a suction and discharge tank with a capacity of 12,000 liters.

The community's water spokesperson, María Esperanza Torcatt, expressed her gratitude for the materialization of the project and the joint work in the territory.

“We want to express our deep gratitude to MINAGUAS, HIDROVEN and the entire technical team for the support and impeccable community management they had with us. This pumping station was a dream driven by the community in the Popular Consultation of 2024, seeing it under way today, it is a demonstration that the articulated work between the Popular Power and the Bolivarian Government does bear fruit for the well-being of our people,” he said.

With the launch of the Araguaney Pumping Station, the National Executive confirms its permanent deployment in the communities of the state of Miranda, consolidating structural water solutions for the people.
