Bolivarian Government of Anzoátegui inaugurated Center for Prevention and Women's Health in Cantaura

The Bolivarian Government of the state of Anzoátegui inaugurated the first Center for Prevention and Health for Women, Mother Carmen Rendiles, as part of the actions carried out by the national executive for the consolidation of the free public health system.

This center, located in Cantaura in the Inavi sector, has technological equipment and health services that guarantee timely diagnoses and comprehensive care.

The inauguration was led by the governor of the state, Luis José Marcano, who said “we are inaugurating a clinic with specialized care for women. Care for the entire population of Cantaura will improve a lot, but in a very special way for our women.”

He also noted that this space is equipped for carrying out mammography, ultrasound, X-ray and bone densitometry studies, and will also offer gynecology consultations.

Meanwhile, the mayor, Gabriel Hernández, specified that “this is a space that dignifies the living condition of our women, for preventive care for each one of them.”
