Bolivarian Government of La Guaira rehabilitated the Caraballeda Educational Complex

More than 1,600 boys, girls and young people benefited from the rehabilitation of the Caraballeda Educational Complex, La Guaira state.

The mayor of the Vargas municipality, José Manuel Suárez, stressed that the work was carried out with the support of the National and Regional Government, achieving the comprehensive recovery of one of the most important educational complexes in the Caraballeda parish.

The works carried out include the waterproofing of more than 5 thousand square meters of roofs, the total rehabilitation of the wastewater and drinking water system, and the installation of new hydropneumatic equipment . All the bathroom batteries were also rebuilt, the electrical and lighting systems were modernized, and the security of doors and access to the classrooms was reinforced.

In addition, 35 classrooms were painted and equipped with new furniture, desks, tables, chairs and fans, ensuring better comfort conditions for students. In the area of early education, the preschool classrooms were equipped with air conditioning systems.

“The rehabilitation also included the recovery and start-up of the school kitchens, one of which had been inoperative for several years, which allowed the restoration of the food service for the students . In the sports area, the comprehensive repair of the squad's multipurpose court was carried out,” the newspaper Úlmas Noticias reported.
