The Bolivarian Government, through the Ministry of Popular Power for Science and Technology, ratified its commitment to advance the massification of scientific knowledge in every corner of the country, with an emphasis on the formation of new generations.

This was announced by the holder of this portfolio, Gabriela Jiménez, who highlighted that the National Scientific Seed Program already has 1,064,815 children and young people integrated throughout the national territory.


She explained that this is part of efforts to promote participation and development in strategic areas, the minister reported that today the Regional Creative Robotics Olympics 2026 begin in the state of Táchira, a competition that invites students from educational institutions to put their ingenuity and technological skills into practice.

He also announced that on May 5, the first state phase of the Venezuelan Nanotechnology Olympics will take place, an event that seeks to awaken early vocations in one of the scientific fields with the greatest projection for the country's future.
