Bolivarian Government recovers Los Criollitos Sports Complex in Puerto Cabello

The installation of artificial grass began at the Los Criollitos Sports Complex in Santa Cruz de Puerto Cabello, a breakthrough that will benefit not only future baseball players in the town but also in the region.

Through the publication of a video on the social network Instagram, Governor Rafael Lacava highlighted the interview with the vice-president of the Puerto Cabello League of the Venezuelan Criollitos Corporation, who pointed out that this sporting work will favor approximately more than a thousand athletes, and the entire community in general.

He mentioned that the ongoing work includes the installation of the first phase of artificial grass in field one, the adaptation of the recreational plaza, the remodeling of the box of the Carabobeña Foundation for Sports Development (FUNDADEPORTES), the installation of structures for the electrical system, and the installation of bases for poles and the installation of irons in the stands.

For his part, the resident of the Santa Cruz Urbanization, Dennys Rivero, thanked the national government for the rehabilitation of this emblematic sports infrastructure, because the stadium has been a training space for many years for the great Venezuelan players who are in the big leagues.
