Bolivarian Government recovers Paseo Macuto in La Guaira

The Bolivarian Government began the restoration of 108 facades in the first phase of the rehabilitation of Paseo de Macuto, located in the state of La Guaira.
This was announced by the governor of the entity, José Alejandro Terán, who supervised the work as part of the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the planting of the Painter of Light, Armando Reverón.
“We have come to Paseo de Macuto, together with the local community power and a group of engineers to verify the progress of work
for the recovery of this heritage of La Guaira,” he said, quoted by the regional press.
Terán explained that the work of the first stage is concentrated on the facades of the houses, historic sites and shops that are part of the place. He stressed that the action is being carried out in conjunction with the ministries responsible for Public Works, Water, Transportation, and others, and thanks to the support of President Nicolás Maduro.
