Bolivarian Government rehabilitated drinking water service in the Yara Indian sector of Yaracuy

With this rehabilitation, more than 860 inhabitants of the Simón Torres Socialist Commune in the San Felipe municipality have benefited.

Workers from the Ministry of the People's Power for Water Care (MINAGUAS) installed 13 linear meters of 3-inch drinking water pipes, in order to strengthen and improve the distribution of vital liquid in the Indio Yara community, Yaracuy state.

With this rehabilitation, more than 860 inhabitants of the Simón Torres Socialist Commune in the municipality of San Felipe have benefited.

“I am satisfied with this achievement because we longed to have piped water, we are grateful to President Nicolás Maduro for making our dream come true,” said Leidibeth Silva, a resident of the community.

Thanks to the work carried out by the National Government to empower the People, through National Popular Consultations, communal circuits can implement their projects to strengthen public services, according to a note from MINAGUAS.
