Bolivarian Government rehabilitated sports court in Guárico

The Bolivarian Government rehabilitated the Puerto Miranda sports court, located in the Esteros municipality of Camaguán, Guárico state.
During the award ceremony, the governor of the state of Guárico, José Vásquez, highlighted the importance of this initiative in creating healthy environments for young people. “We are committed to the recovery of decent spaces for sports, where our young people can grow up healthy and free from vice. We invest in sports mass as a tool for the integral development of youth and the strengthening of the social fabric,” he said.
Vásquez, specified that the rehabilitation of the court included the recovery of the playing surface, the installation of new basketball boards and rings, the installation of protective meshes, the repair of the lighting and the general painting of the installation.
He also said that these improvements will directly benefit more than 2,000 people from five surrounding communities, allowing the practice of disciplines such as basketball, volleyball and futsal in an optimal and adequate space.
It should be noted that the regional government reached the number of 169 sports spaces recovered in the state of Guárico.
