Bolivarian Government rehabilitates operating rooms at the José Gregorio Hernández Hospital in Amazonas

The National Government began the rehabilitation and conditioning of the surgical area of the Dr. José Gregorio Hernández Hospital in Puerto Ayacucho, Amazonas state, to ensure emergency care and scheduled interventions.

According to reports from the Ministry of Health replicated by the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN), he indicated that the works include the adaptation of facilities, the incorporation of technical equipment and the improvement of sanitary conditions.

With these works, the wards will increase the healthcare response capacity of the main hospital.

The recovery project is part of the national government's health infrastructure policies, according to the ministry.
