Bolivarian Government started 100% Lighting Plan in the San Bernardino parish of Caracas

This Monday, the 100% Lighting Plan began in the San Bernardino parish of Caracas in order to transform this sector as part of the instructions of President Nicolás Maduro, as reported by the mayor of the Libertador municipality, Carmen Meléndez.

“In this parish, we also rehabilitate old buildings for the well-being of the families that live in them, and so we continue street by street, optimizing roads, services and what the people have requested from our president Maduro,” Meléndez said through the social network X.

In this regard, he said that together with the godfather of Caracas, Minister Jorge Márquez, these works were handed over to the community.
