Bolivarian Government will help compatriots victims of the tragedy that occurred in the Dominican Republic

The Bolivarian Government will carry out all necessary coordination with the Dominican Republic to provide all the care needed by our compatriots who were victims of the tragedy that occurred last April 8 in Santo Domingo at the Jet Set nightclub.

This was reported by the Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil, who this Sunday held a conversation with his Dominican counterpart with whom he agreed to maintain communication in order to comply with the help of our nationals.

“I have transmitted to him the instructions I received from President Nicolás Maduro Moros to pay all the attention to our compatriots and families of the victims, for which we have deployed a technical and consular team that has already made the relevant contacts,” said the foreign minister through his Telegram channel.

In the same way, the head of the Foreign Relations portfolio indicated that, in addition, he expressed the solidarity of the Venezuelan people and Government after the tragedy that occurred last April 8.
