BRICOMILES have recovered 332 popular clinics in Caracas

The Military Community Brigades (BRICOMILES) have recovered 332 popular medical offices in Caracas, as reported by the single health authority for the Capital District, Morella Camacho.

In an interview with the newspaper Úlmas Noticias, Camacho specified that the figure corresponds to almost half of the centers that exist in the city (there are 720), whose work began in mid-2023.

He also indicated that 39 Comprehensive Diagnostic Centers (CDI) have been restored for the care of the people.

With BRICOMILES labor, 44 Integral Rehabilitation Rooms (SRI) have also been restored, as well as prioritized areas of hospitals in Caracas. “We have 24 hospitals in the city, of which our Minister of Health, Magaly Gutiérrez, has prioritized care for pediatric emergency rooms, which have been remodeled and equipped with high-tech supplies and equipment,” he said.
