BRICOMILES recover Popular Clinic in Portuguesa to benefit 11,000 inhabitants

The Military Community Brigades (BRICOMILES) recovered the Araure Centro Popular Clinic, in the Portuguese state, for the benefit of more than 11,000 inhabitants of this town.

In statements collected by the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN), the Single Health Authority in Portuguese, Yelitza Ortíz, explained that this infrastructure was recovered in response to reports received through the 1x10 of Good Governance.

Ortíz explained that this healthcare center, which is more than 50 years old, reopened its doors with completely renovated areas equipped to provide care to more than seven communities established in the area of influence.

Among the services provided by the Araure Centro Popular Clinic, located on 6th Street, in the Araure Centro sector, there are free consultations in the area of general medicine, as well as in the specialties of pediatrics, obstetrics, internal medicine, dentistry and psychology.

Professional care is also provided to the population in areas such as nursing and immunization.
