During the broadcast of his Con El Mazo Dando #557 program, the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, spoke out forcefully about the recent shift in international accusations against the Venezuelan State.

He pointed out that accusations of drug trafficking and terrorism have always lacked solid foundations, they have always been through lies designed to justify interventions.

“It is necessary to remember the immediate past, the attacks started first from here, from Venezuela. The accusations and allegations are baseless against the leadership of the Bolivarian Revolution,” said the general secretary of the PSUV.

He also highlighted the fall of the thesis of the so-called Cartel of the Suns, pointing out the hypocrisy of regional governments that used this argument to isolate the country.

“One wonders what presidents of Argentina (Javier Miley), Ecuador (Daniel Novoa) and others who issued a resolution condemning the Cartel of the Suns just to point us out,” he emphasized.

Cabello, asserted that the background of the aggressions is not related to democracy or human rights, but to the control of Venezuela's natural wealth.

“Human rights, nothing like that; the issue is oil, our resources, which belong to Venezuelans. Today they declare it without any kind of shame,” he criticized.

He also warned that what is true is that every president of Venezuela who has tried to control the main oil industry has been hit by a coup d'etat. “Review the story and you'll find out,” he added.
