The Sectorial Vice President for Policy, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, called on all Venezuelans not to leave garbage and avoid polluting rivers and beaches during the coming vacation.
During the security deployment of Safe Holy Week 2025, he insisted that everyone's collaboration is necessary, “let's not leave garbage lying on the floor”.
“We are going to try to leave the most beautiful things the way we found them and that can be done with love, with affection, with dedication and with full awareness that this country belongs to all of us,” emphasized Cabello Rondón.
The also Minister of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, asserted that there is something that always needs comprehensive care: our environment, to prevent us from having rivers or beaches suitable for people to enjoy in 30 or 40 years.
Cabello stressed that the deployment will include ambulances, cranes, personnel from the National Institute of Land Transport, firefighters, ecological brigades, Popular Power, police, sports promoters, Nazarene brotherhoods, and others.
“Whoever wants to stay and enjoy Caracas, stay, there will be recreational, sports and religious activities,” he said.
