The sectoral vice-president for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, assured that the actions of the Bolivarian Revolution in all temporary camps and for the reconstruction of Venezuela are due to the country's boys and girls, who are the future of the Fatherland.

“ Boys and girls are the fundamental reason for everything we are doing, they are the reason that drives everything we do,” Cabello said during his Con El Mazo Dando program No. 578.

In this regard, he commented that right in the camp of the Maritime University of the Caribbean, a water well was installed in which children could play and enjoy, despite the circumstances of what they experienced after the earthquakes.

“The kids really enjoy it. Today we put a piece of canvas there and they slide (...) they go crazy jumping,” he pointed out, noting that a slide will soon be installed to continue creating recreational spaces for the little ones.

He also took the opportunity to recognize the work carried out by the People 's Guard in the temporary camps, highlighting the connection and love with which it serves people affected by earthquakes.

He highlighted that this institution has been working with youth across the country to serve affected families. “There is no divergent opinion of the way in which the People's Guard relates to people. An extraordinary thing is how those boys and girls with love bond with people (...) When they are going to be fired, that is a cry from side to side, of the children, the people and the officials”, he exalted.

“I remember when the People's Guard was created by Commander Hugo Chávez in La Bombilla de Petare,” he recalled and reiterated his admiration for the dedication that each of the personnel has in their work of protecting and accompanying the People.

Longliners are not above protective measures

Regarding the show staging by longliners during the demolition process that was carried out on a building at risk of collapse in the Playa Grande sector of the state of La Guaira, Cabello reaffirmed that “the stars of journalists, not above protective measures”. He stated that the real objective of the longliners “was to go and see if they failed. That was all (...) And they set up fake news, but immediately when they were defeated in the first round and in the second, they were demolished”.

He also questioned the statement
of the National Union of Press Workers regarding the alleged impediment of access to journalists during the demolition. “Who establishes the protective measures? The Press Union? No. The press union should demand ethics from its members and it doesn't. The Press Union should set that limit,” he said.

In view of this, he clarified that the demolition process was carried out in accordance with the recommended security measures and together with the family members.

“Access was restricted, not only for communicators, but for all passers-by, because when a demolition takes place, all the calculations are done, but unforeseen things could happen. Even after the detonations, the area must be refreshed with water, and explosive dogs are allowed to enter to verify that all the devices placed exploded,” he explained.

He reiterated that the “little stars” were only looking to set up fake news as part of their campaigns to harm the people. “But they couldn't handle the issue of security (...) Everything was done as planned; that's so delicate that they, for example, those star journalists, wouldn't understand what the explosive experts did,” he said.

Opposition extremism doesn't care about this country

The also general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) assured that the extremist opposition sectors have demonstrated for years that “they don't care about the country.”

Cabello mentioned this when referring to the calls for streets made by these opposition sectors in the midst of the tragedy that the country is experiencing after the earthquakes.

“It's a disaster, but they insist. Who pays for the propaganda, the spaces? How do they do it? The one on July 28 was a disaster, there they even launched an international campaign and they didn't move anyone. Last Saturday's they crashed, but head-on, like all these days,” he said.

He specified that all these sectors have demonstrated, all these years, is their total disconnection with the country. In addition, he pointed out that all they have dedicated themselves to is attacking the Revolution and trying to destabilize the country.

In this regard, he indicated that this is due to the same lack of politicians in the opposition. “There is no ethics, and while the spokespersons (opponents), because they are not really politicians (...) Have they tried to burn this country down since when? Since 2007? No, since 2002 they have been trying to burn this country down in the absence of real politicians,” he said.

He pointed out that those who are in charge of the extreme right are the same as always. María Corina is no different from the others, she's exactly the same,” she said, which is why they don't represent anyone in this country.

“They don't really do politics, politics is going to neighborhoods to make proposals, where are the proposals? They have no proposal anywhere,” he said.

Opposition people need El Mazo so much

Cabello ironized that his Con El Mazo Dando program needs a lot for opposition sectors to bill, stressing that these sectors get in an uproar every time its broadcast is suspended.

The Mazo is so badly needed by the people of the opposition, every parasitic opponent comes out to speak to see if El Mazo names them; and I see them and I hear them, and they name me, and they insult me to see if I name them. They're not going to bill for me, whoever I want to bill,” he said.

In that sense, he reaffirmed that he has long since been “cured of his nerves”, referring to the insults and lies that he has been invented. At the same time, he reiterated that no matter how much they name him, they will not appear on his program, “because in the end the one who speaks here is me and the one I will name, but the one I don't name, no”.

“There are people who say, point, speak, to see if Diosdado answers him; it's not good, zero hits, zero errors, zero races, whoever I say, not whoever he wants (...) they go crazy to see if I name them and raise the points,” he said.

He pointed out that those who write and point to see if he names them “are void of any nullity, obscure characters of political blackmail through networks, of the media that I know, the use of politics to defraud people.”

The militancy is sometimes clearer than many of these people

The revolutionary leader highlighted the awareness that the grassroots militancy of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) has maintained in the face of the challenges facing the country.

“The militancy is sometimes clearer than some of these people. Grassroots militancy is clearer because the party cannot be good when they are going to nominate me as a candidate, but it's bad if they leave me out,” he said, questioning those who call themselves “critics” and, as he pointed out, are dedicated to attacking leaders and leaders of the Revolution.

He specified that these sectors are asking questions “without evidence or arguments, especially to President Delcy, so, according to them, she is doing what they wouldn't do, or what we are doing because she is not alone.”

“See what the right is like. This is how some would like the party to be, for them to see if they fish in a rough river,” he said, while recalling that some of these actors were also questioning the leadership of Commander Hugo Chávez.

“Those weren't in Chavism when Chávez was there, because they said that Chávez was a circumstance, a necessary evil and that they couldn't do what they wanted, but then they came,” he said.

Finally, he pointed out that, despite these questions, “the PSUV, due to its militancy, is the strongest political organization in Venezuela.” At the same time, he reiterated that the awareness of its bases allows us to continue the organization's path and assured that the party “is called and is a protagonist all along this path, rest assured that this is the case”.
