Cabello: By 2026 we commit that Venezuela will go straight to zero homicides

The minister of popular power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, stated that the crime and homicide rates in the country “go down”.
This was stated during the inauguration of the Police Coordination Center of the Bolivarian National Police in La Guaira, where he highlighted the actions that the Bolivarian Government has succeeded in carrying out to make Venezuela one of the safest countries in the region.
“We are going to work, because in the year 2025 we promised that it was the year of the fight against gangs, and in 2026 we pledge that Venezuela will go straight to zero crimes, zero murders of its people,” he said.
