This Monday, August 12, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, reaffirmed that the civic-military-police union extinguished the violence that the extreme right tried to impose on the country after the elections.
“They refuse to recognize what is happening in Venezuela because their agenda was never electoral, their agenda was one of violence and we have succeeded with the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), with the police forces and our people to put an end to that violence, the civic-military-police union has yielded the results we expect,” he said during a PSUV press conference.
He pointed out that security agencies across the country are deployed working throughout the national territory to bring those who promoted violence in the country to justice.
