This Monday, August 5, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, confirmed that the Red Awning is under the order of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ).
Cabello Rondón said that the PSUV is just waiting for the Supreme Court to call him to present all the documents he has. “This week the Supreme Court of Justice called all the candidates and they all attended, except the major fascist (Edmundo González),” he recalled.
“They didn't give him permission to go, they don't know the institutions in Venezuela,” said Cabello Rondón, during the Press Conference of the National Directorate of the PSUV.
On the other hand, he pointed out that Venezuela has been a guarantor of respect for Human Rights (Human Rights) since the arrival of Commander Hugo Chávez, since “before that was not the case.”
“The global narrative is that there is a violation of human rights here,” added Cabello Rondón, while criticizing the fact that there are terrible protests in the United Kingdom, Chile, Argentina and that's all right.
In that sense, he confirmed that today absolute calm reigns throughout the national territory, there is not a single demonstration, “that cannot be said by other countries”.
“They are fixated on Venezuela, because Venezuela is the jewel in the crown; if they managed to overthrow the Bolivarian Revolution, the hopes of the peoples who want to be free would crumble, many would have to be rebuilt,” added Cabello Rondón.
He also said that with the victory of July 28, “we give a boost to the dream of the peoples because they know that in Venezuela we are not going to give up.”
