Cabello: Edmundo González goes from drum to drum seeing who he takes a picture with

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, during the customary red awning press conference, ridiculed the false matrix of opinion generated by the right, claiming that former candidate Edmundo González was invited to the inauguration of Donald Trump.

Cabello specified that this information has no relevance to Venezuelans. “It makes us laugh, a lot of laughter causes us that permanent self-deception (...) lies fall by themselves”.

He also reiterated that “political decisions in Venezuela are taken in Venezuela, in this country and this people made a decision on July 28; it decided that the elected president was Nicolás Maduro Moros.”

Regarding the meeting between González and the president of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, Nancy Hernández López, in Costa Rica, she noted that it is “inconsequential” for the Venezuelan State and added that “that man (Edmundo González) is going round and round seeing with whom a photo is taken, without an agenda”.
