The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, confirmed that the funding of the fascist extremist opposition María Corina Machado and her group comes from drug trafficking.

In that sense, he commented that “someone wrote to me, a person I know, told me: Diosdado you have no idea the blow he has dealt to drug trafficking and money laundering.”

“Everyone is talking,” he said, adding that “the investigation ends in Amazonas because there was a drug trafficking route there, so I say with all the elements in my hand that the financing of the operation of María Corina and her group comes from drug trafficking.”

He reiterated this during his Con El Mazo Dando program, broadcast number 505, where he made a brief summary of the investigations being carried out in the state of Zulia.

Cabello recalled that the origin of the investigation that began in the Mayor's Office of Maracaibo, in the state of Zulia, was not corruption but conspiracy against the Bolivarian Government, “terrorism, acts of violence, then,” he said.

He also reported that actions are being taken to prevent companies involved in acts of corruption “from standing up, because of the workers who are there, who were at a level of slavery, were paid and had to buy in their supermarket, because the money was not worth it anywhere else.”
