Cabello: Here we do fight drug trafficking and drug gangs on all fronts!

This Monday, at a press conference, the sectoral vice-president for Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, offered details about the scope of the operation against criminal actions and drug trafficking.

“10,380 deployed colleagues, 10 camps, 5 laboratories, 28 logistics structures, 3 shipyards have been destroyed, but this week we have had 6; 52 thousand 769 kg of drugs and 153 thousand 118 chemical precursors have been seized, 400 neutralized aircraft, 92 destroyed on the runway,” Cabello reported.

He also stressed that the sum of explosives is sometimes unquantifiable; to date, more than 1,800 meters of detonating cords, short and long weapons, magazines, 3,000 detonators and cartridges have been found.

“6,284 people have been arrested, 94 boats, 5 semi-submersibles, 80 engines, Jet A1 21,140, gasoline 84,557 liters, Diesel 63,334; in total more than 169 thousand liters of fuel have been arrested in these operations. Here we are fighting drug trafficking and drug gangs on all fronts!”

Mayors, officials to judges and officials of the Public Ministry, linked to a network so that “nothing would happen in the state of Zulia, for that reason our president gave the instruction and continues to work in binational peace zones”.
