Cabello instructs PSUV structures to stay at the forefront of the communication war

In the context of the communication war, instructed by
President Nicolás Maduro, this Tuesday the first vice-president of the United
Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, entrusted the basic
structures of the red awning to be at the forefront of this battle.
“Every 1x10 that is formed, from now on, must
lead to the creation of a WhatsApp group. If I have a 1x10, the logical thing is
for me to grab and make my WhatsApp group, because that 1x10 boss is
probably going to receive instructions from the National Directorate or the Campaign Command
, we send him a message and he must multiply the information, deliver it
immediately to those who are in his 1x10,” said Cabello.
During a videoconference with the state,
municipal and parish structures of the PSUV, he stressed that “the communication battle is
no longer in the newspapers or on the television as it was before, maybe it has
some force on the whole issue of large corporations, but already the communication
battle is closer, it's more immediate, it's even more authentic
because you see that when these opposition people try to put a photo
on certain planes, immediately, instantly they have the answer of someone
who lived in a nearby building and took the photo from above and that died,”
he explained.
In this regard, he indicated that “the truth is imposed
immediately. Why? Because everyone with a phone is a reporter
right now. We have a president, because he has given us that task to
all of us to become full-time popular communicators.
Communication war of the whole people!”
Cabello denounced that the factors of the national and
international right “control the networks and if the president (Maduro) immediately gets some
information his algorithms begin to stop the dissemination of that
information, in some way, and multiply those that interest them (...) they do
what is best for them, and are capable of turning the perpetrators into victims. Social
networks turn murderers into holy children.”
