The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, questioned this Saturday that the far-right Edmundo González is hiding and does not show his face to take responsibility for the acts of violence committed in different cities of the country on July 29.

“Since July 29, this man has been hiding, one day they tied him to a truck so he doesn't get away; but today he's hunched up like a cowardly rat that doesn't assume his responsibility,” he said from the Miraflores Palace.

He also recalled that González Urrutia has always been a coward, referring to his past related to the murder of people, priests and nuns in El Salvador.

For this reason, he reaffirmed that “this People take its toll on cowards, this People take its toll on murderers and terrorists; we are very clear that fascism in Venezuela there is no way it can happen, fascism in Venezuela will be defeated with the laws and the people in the street asking for justice”.

“Once again terror will be overcome by love, love will overcome any form of hate and terror against the people,” he said.
