The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, this Wednesday, October 29, once again emphasized that climate change, which has generated countless natural phenomena affecting many nations, is generated by so-called industrialized countries.

He said this when he said that “Hurricane Melissa is a candle”,

In that direction, he noted that Hurricane Melissa wreaked havoc in Jamaica, just as it did years ago where “the terrible hurricane Katrina”.

Cabello commented that the Melissa phenomenon, “says one fortunately, slowed down when entering Cuba. The decrease was more than 100 kilometers in wind speed. When I was leaving Cuba, it started to increase (speed) again.”

In his Con El Mazo Dando program, broadcast number 549, he maintained that at the time and with enough time these situations were warned by Commander Fidel Castro, “when he started talking about it, they made fun of him. That's where you have your climate change.”
