Cabello on military enlistment: It was an extraordinary process full of revolutionary morality!

This Monday, August 25, the Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, described as extraordinary the military enlistment process, convened by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, over the past weekend.

“The country is very happy, happy, active, motivated and excited about the great day of enlistment that took place over the weekend, something epic, extraordinary and full of revolutionary morals,” Cabello said during the PSUV press conference,

He emphasized that the day of enlistment was an immediate response from the People in defense of the Fatherland. “From a people that knows what their role is, a people that have been preparing historically to defend their homeland from any aggression,” he said, stressing that Venezuela has always remained firm in the face of threats.

“Our People have never given up, the President from the Observatory made this call to enlist and the answer was I repeat extraordinary, you can say what you want bitter about life, but what happened over the weekend is a lesson in dignity that the People give you,” he said.
