This Monday, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, led the press conference of the National Directorate of that political organization, in which he expressed the rejection of the assault on the Mexican embassy in the city of Quito, by the Ecuadorian Government.
“The PSUV rejects the action carried out by the Government of Ecuador at the Mexican embassy; as well as the violent takeover of the territory by the Ecuadorian government. Irresponsibility, at least of those who run that non-country,” said Cabello.
He also expressed total solidarity and understanding with the Mexican Head of State: “In Venezuela we fully understand what our dear president Andrés Manuel López Obrador and the government of Mexico are going through.”
“Because it wasn't only April 11 when the outburst of fascism seized the embassy of Cuba and Venezuela... Remember that here, after the self-swearing in of the Narnia government, our embassies were taken over in the United States, Bolivia and in several countries,” added the first vice president.
In this regard, he stressed that they also tried to take over the diplomatic headquarters in Brazil “but the social movements, our officials locked themselves in and couldn't... We know, that's what fascism is at work!”
