The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, assured that one of the biggest losers with the permanence of the Revolution is former Colombian President Iván Duque.

“Remember that Guaidó offered him all of Guajira so that drug trafficking would come straight out, it was part of the delivery plan. He has lost a lot of money with us and if you add to the 35 tons of drugs that we confiscated last year from Uribe, Duque, Pastrana and Santos because they are the ones who manage the drug trafficking industry in Colombia,” he said.

In that regard, he added that those who are currently financing La Sayona are them and the Colombian drug trafficking. “They receive money from Duque, from Uribe, from Pastrana, from Santos, from drug trafficking and that they believe, what are they not going to charge them? They would like to have a free space in Venezuela to get all that is to the Eastern and Western Caribbean the drugs that we don't allow them now, but they have to go through the Pacific and it's a long ride. That's why they hate us. “But they're not going to come back here, they're not going to get their drugs out and we're not going to let it get to the United States.”
