Cabello: Operation against Venezuela is funded, promoted and designed by the CIA

This Tuesday, September 17 , the Minister of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, reiterated the complaint of an operation against Venezuela “designed by the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency), promoted and financed by the CIA.”

In this regard, during his speech at the regular session of the National Assembly (AN), he wondered if the Government of the United States (USA) would know about this operation, since “today you don't know who's in charge in the United States. Is the CIA doing this with the President 's consent or is it doing it alone? Is the DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) also behind all this? The Pentagon? Who else is behind all this?” , he questioned.

He warned that even our country must be alert to any circumstance, since with the seizure of the weapons “it was not that we aborted the operation, no, what we did was give them a hard blow, because today another gringo was captured and yesterday another batch of weapons, all AK-47, manufactured in the United States, were captured.” In turn, he added that part of the weapons seized are M4A1, the official weapons of the Navy Seals.

In addition, he dismissed the fact that they now want to paint as “a good boy” those captured as alias El Flaco, one of those responsible for the violence in the state of Aragua after the elections and with direct links to sectors of the opposition.

For this reason, he reaffirmed that in the face of these actions “we are obliged to defend our Homeland and our sovereignty and when it comes to defending our Homeland and sovereignty, nothing will stop us”.
