Cabello over banana hit: I'm going to promote April 30th as National Day of the Inept

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, ironized that he was going to put before the National Assembly (AN) the National Day of the Inept, in connection with the great failure of the Venezuelan opposition in its coup attempt on April 30, 2019.

“I'm going to promote National Day of the Inept in the AN (...) April 30 National Day of the Inept, I vote for that, imagine an event at Teresa Carreño to present the year's inept award,” he said in a mockery of the incapacity demonstrated by the opposition during the events at the La Carlota Distributor 6 years ago.

During his Con El Mazo Dando No. 524 program, he pointed out the importance of remembering these actions of that failed opposition, since many of those who participated and were present that day are now trying to disassociate themselves.

“They later came out saying that April 30 was a mistake, but they all went there,” he pointed to the exhibition, photos of various opponents such as María Corina Machado, Luis Florido, Henry Ramos Allup, Simón Calzadilla, Edgar Zambrano, and others, who went to the distributor to take the photo with Juanito Alimaña (Juan Guaidó) and Leopoldo López.
