Cabello: PSUV actively joins the Bolivarian Shield 2025 military exercises

This Monday, January 20, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that the red awning actively supports and joins the Bolivarian Shield 2025 military exercises, scheduled for January 22 and 23.

“The colleagues of the National Directorate of the PSUV are actively joining; that has been the instruction of President Nicolás Maduro, that we all join together on January 22 and 23,” Cabello said during the PSUV press conference, after reading the statement issued by the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB).

He reaffirmed that “all Venezuelans who love this country are also called to these exercises, it is a test operation and popular-military-to-police exercise, exercises that ensure the country's stability in borders, strategic places, fields, spaces of the Homeland”.

He mentioned that on January 23, the Revolutionary People will also go out to march to remember that historic date. “So that the People of Venezuela may never be betrayed again, that is what we celebrate, so that those who betrayed the People, who later constituted themselves in what they called the Fixed Point Pact, never appear and never return, so that every day our people exercise real power, the People's Power, more directly,” he said.

In addition, he reaffirmed that despite threats and attacks, the country is at peace. “January is gone. Intense days but there is extraordinary calm and joy, we must celebrate peace. All the attempts at destabilization, the threats, have clashed with the shield of the Fatherland,” he said.
