Cabello refutes fake news against controlled demolition operation: “Little stars” are not above safety

Diosdado Cabello Rondón, during the Con El Mazo Dando program, reiterated that the demolition process carried out on a building at risk of collapse in the Playa Grande sector, in the state of La Guaira, was carried out in accordance with recommended safety measures and together with family members.

“Access was restricted, not only for communicators, but for all passers-by, because when a demolition takes place, all the calculations are done, but unforeseen things could happen. Even after the detonations, the area must be refreshed with water, and explosive dogs are allowed to enter to verify that all the devices placed exploded,” he explained.

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) criticized the group of longliners who wanted to put on a show during the beginning of the demolition of structures and buildings described as risky.

He added that everything was done as planned, but the longliners had prepared fake news to attack the National Government and generate anxiety. “The 'little stars' are not above protective measures,” he said.
