In his speech during the night of this Friday, November 15, at the Congress of the Bolivarian Historical Bloc of the 21st Century, Diosdado Cabello assured that the Constitution of the Republic of 1961 was a suit tailored to the Fixed-Point Pact.

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), assured that this constitution allowed the suspension of freedom of thought, “such ridiculousness!”

“That was written and so they suspended it on 4 F on 27 and 28 F,” he recalled.

He indicated that the 1961 constitution was made by a Constituent Congress that adapted it to his personal project and the following day the guarantees were suspended.

“This is how the adecos, Copeyans and their derivatives acted, who are the same people who are fighting today to end the Homeland,” he warned.
