Cabello: The People wait calmly and joyfully for the results at the Miraflores Palace

This Sunday, July 28, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that after an admirable campaign by the country's candidate, Nicolás Maduro, today the people are waiting calmly and joyfully for the electoral results.

He also emphasized that together with the People in the Miraflores Palace they will wait for the electoral results issued by the National Electoral Council (CNE) and to sing Commander Hugo Chávez's birthday.

“We have spent an admirable campaign, brother President Nicolás Maduro went around Venezuela, more than 300 towns, cities and towns visited, he was with the people on a beautiful journey where the expression of affection and support of the proposal of the Bolivarian Revolution were present and all that was going to be evaluated today, July 28; our people went, fulfilled, voted and now calmly awaits the results (...) calmly and with great joy and enthusiasm,” he said.

He reaffirmed that despite waiting for the results calmly, “with great enthusiasm, without bitterness, without calling for violence and without calling for guarimba”.
