Cabello: The Portuguesa Tactical Technical Training Center is the first of several that we are going to inaugurate

The sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that the Tactical Technical Training Center, in Portuguesa, is the first, it is the pilot, of those that will be available throughout the country.

From the Agua Blanca Sector, Portuguese state, during the inauguration of the Tactical Technical Training Center, Cabello recalled that it used to be Civil Defense and was made up of volunteers, “now it's Civil Protection, the National Government took it over and they are being trained at the National Experimental Security University (UNES) and every day enrollment is growing more”.

“Here in Venezuela are our firefighters and our colleagues from Civil Protection, who are the first to arrive in the face of any eventuality,” he said.

He also stressed that Venezuela has the Simón Bolívar Humanitarian Task Force, made up of thousands of men and women who are in charge of any country, “regardless of whether its president hates us, we are interested in the peoples.”

He congratulated the Children's Civil Protection Brigade of the Portuguese state present at the activity, and told them that as part of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, of the Police Forces, and Firefighters, “they will always be good men and women”.

For his part, the Governor of the Primitivo Cedeño entity, stated that they have been preparing risk maps for 191 communal circuits. “The models allow us to detect which are the areas of greatest vulnerability, to know what actions we are going to take,” he said.

He reported that this is the first training center of the eight that are scheduled to open in the state of Llanero.
