Cabello: The UN is useless, it is an instrument at the service of imperialism

Diosdado Cabello, general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), said that “the United Nations (UN) is useless, the UN is an instrument at the service of North American imperialism.”

This was stated at the end of a march held this Thursday, June 19 in the city of Caracas in favor of world peace, an opportunity in which he stressed that, “in the face of the silence and complicity of international organizations, as Commander Chávez said, there is the unity of the Peoples”.

In this regard, he asked himself “how many resolutions has the UN approved against the blockade against sister Cuba? And have you complied with them? Has the UN seen the massacre in Palestine? Well, no, although surely now you will begin to see why Iran is defending itself.”

“Iran is the vanguard of the world's free peoples and we accompany them to demonstrate that Israel is just another paper tiger built by the United States (USA),” he said.
