Cabello: The United States does not forgive Haiti for being the first nation to achieve independence

This Wednesday, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, during the broadcast of the Con El Mazo Dando program, pointed out that the North American empire has been vicious against nations such as Haiti by sending military troops, while Venezuela sent food as aid.

He also recalled the moment when the last earthquake occurred in Haiti in January 2010. “Venezuela and Cuba sent food and doctors. What did the United States send? Troops...” he recalled.

“Do you know why they (the United States) are vicious towards Haiti? Because it is the first free territory on this continent; Haiti was independent before any territory and it is not forgiven because it has a heavy burden of racism against a people, and they turn their backs on it,” emphasized Cabello.
