The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, asserted that we can talk about the National System of Youth and Children's Orchestras and Choirs before and after the arrival of the Bolivarian Revolution.

“The electoral system in Venezuela has experienced a qualitative and quantitative leap with the arrival of the Bolivarian Revolution, and the numbers speak for themselves,” said Cabello Rondón, during the usual press conference of the National Directorate of the PSUV.

Cabello Rondón said that there are very ungrateful colleagues and they forget the past. In that sense, he invited them to remember what it was like in the Fourth Republic and what the Orchestra System has been like since Commander Hugo Chávez and President Nicolás Maduro arrived. “The difference is abysmal, even in personal treatment,” he emphasized.

For the 50th anniversary of the National System of Youth and Children's Orchestras and Choirs of Venezuela, Cabello Rondón sent his congratulations to all the boys who are part of the group that already has more than one million people. “The teacher José Antonio Abreu had an extraordinary initiative and was able to make it a reality,” he added.

He also highlighted that today there are orchestra conductors who have graduated from this Venezuelan Orchestra System and around the world.
