In Venezuela, with the Bolivarian Revolution, there is a political and historic transformation that transcends personalities, said the sectoral vice-president for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón.
“Those who today celebrate the kidnapping of President Nicolás Maduro and his first female fighter, Cilia Flores, have not understood that there is a political transformation here that goes beyond a man or a woman. There is a political transformation of a people,” said Cabello since the big march in Caracas to demand the release of the Head of State and his life partner.
In this regard, Cabello highlighted the importance of Venezuelan women for the construction of the Revolution and in the fight to achieve the liberation of the Head of State. He also highlighted the courage of the first female fighter, who did not allow U.S. forces to take only President Maduro.
“Cilia has always been courageous. We were in prison and she was on the street alone defending us. That day they were taking Nicolas alone and she stood up and said that if they took him they had to take her. This colleague is an example,” he said.
