This Friday, August 9th, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, questioned whether the leaders of Argentina and Chile insist on meddling in the internal affairs of our country.
“In Venezuela they (Gabriel Boric and Javier Milei) don't make the elections, in Venezuela the elections are made by the National Electoral Council (CNE), we have times asking for respect from these gentlemen (...) Mr. Boric or Milei don't have the slightest moral authority to give an opinion on Venezuela's internal affairs or on the electoral result,” said Cabello from the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ).
He pointed out that Boric and Milei are low-level spokespersons for imperialism, but they still use them to “meddle in the internal affairs of neighboring countries.” At the same time, he indicated that both come out to talk about the elections in Venezuela without foundation.
“We don't know what lies they are based on or on what conditions they come to recognize or say that they cheated in Venezuela; but in truth Chile's biggest trap is to continue to govern with Pinochet's Constitution, it's a historic trap that Chileans should correct, but we don't meddle in their internal affairs,” he said.
In the same way, he assured that you can also expect anything from Javier Milei. “Just as today he says he recognizes another president, tomorrow he says he recognizes the Bolivarian Government if it interests him,” he said.
“Conclusion, don't meddle in the internal affairs of Venezuela, Venezuela wants peace, to live in peace and tranquility and that's what we Venezuelans decide,” he said.
