The sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, reported that Venezuelan coyotes, with the complicity of immigration officials, have a human trafficking network.

From Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía, in La Guaira, where he received a group of Venezuelans repatriated from the United States, Cabello Rondón emphasized that migrants are being converted into a package and are being paid for them, there is a mafia.

“Venezuelan coyotes, as we have already said: Carlos Vecchio, Juan Guaidó, Leopoldo López, among others, in the complicity of immigration officials, extort money from migrants, they tell them that if they don't give us money when they arrive in the United States they will be waiting for them and that's right,” he said.

In that sense, he added that they don't care about the lives of human beings, of Venezuelan families.

“The families of Venezuelans kidnapped in El Salvador have been organizing, even yesterday they marched to demand the release of migrants; President Nayib Bukele has them kidnapped without trial,” he said.

Cabello insisted that the testimony, the story of each Venezuelan is needed so that the world knows how they were treated by the immigration authorities and compare it with the treatment given to them in Venez.
