Cabello: We Raise Our Voices for Iran and Palestine

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, stated that “we have learned to defend ourselves, and not only is Venezuela free and independent, but we feel free and independent and we raise our voice for Iran and Palestine.”

In that regard, he stressed that Venezuela joins the Palestinian cause and supports its struggle. “We are sovereign and that's how we feel, we don't kneel before anyone and that's why we support the Islamic Republic of Iran.”

In his words, he asserted that “if Bolivar were here, he would undoubtedly be supporting what Iran is doing, just as Commander Hugo Chávez would.”
