The vice-president of the sector for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace,
Diosdado Cabello Rondón, said that all sectors that want to work for
the development of Venezuela, regardless of political positions,
will always be welcome in any initiative to continue to guarantee the well-being and protection of the people.
“Look there we met with a crowd, who are not Chavistas, but
who want to work for this country; Welcome everyone who wants to work
for this country, everyone, from any sector!” , said Cabello during his
Con El Mazo Dando No. 570 program, regarding the recent days of
Pilgrimage for a Venezuela in peace and free of sanctions.
In this regard, he said that during the different meetings framed in
the pilgrimage, 15 people from different
sectors were granted the right to speak, per meeting, and no one was “ever censored”, even if the time of the intervention was not conditioned.

In addition, he recalled that the pilgrimage initiative was born out of
requests made by various sectors to the president in charge of the Republic,
Delcy Rodríguez. “And we did it and now we're going to the second part, it will
soon be announced in a different format,” he said.
He also reaffirmed that the call has always been for all Venezuelans to join this initiative. “Whoever doesn't get on that train won't find tickets later, they heard, they're going to have to go to Patica, and the one who goes to Patica is going to be late for this appointment with history,” he said.
We must be
preachers of the word of Hugo Chávez
The also general secretary of the United Socialist Party of
Venezuela (PSUV) called on revolutionary forces to
continue to preach the word and legacy of Commander Hugo Chávez.
“We must be preachers of the word and work of Hugo
Chávez,” he said, recalling that right-wing media sectors have
tried to tell lies about the Commander's life after his
physical departure.
He emphasized that these sectors always try to erase the history
of left-wing leadership, stressing that “for them we are the paws in the ground,
we are the landlords and the marginalized”, and therefore they believe they have the
right to make them invisible, as they did for years with the poor in this country.

He specified that those same people who today invent lies about the Commander's life
are the ones who for years profited from the work of the poor of this country. “They
became rich exploiting the people of Venezuela, so now they want to stop
fucking with the people,” he said, also questioning people
like María Corina Machado, who now intends to compare himself to the Commander
Faced with this, he reaffirmed the great leadership of the Commander, who
vindicated an entire People. “Chávez spoke to the People
in the language of the People. So, there was direct communication.
None of us are Chávez in addition or anything, but you try
to make an effort,” he said.
“I do think that, if we don't remember Chávez, every day, as is Chávez, there will be others who will remember him in a different way. And the essence of this Revolution has two bases, Bolívar and Chávez, so we must always remember them, because that is a burden,” he said.
They have always failed
with their invention that we are fighting
Cabello assured the
sectors of the extreme right to get their accounts out very well, reaffirming that they have
always failed when they invent that the revolutionary forces are fighting,
as they are now convinced that there is a distance between their
person and the president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez.
“They have taken that same account all their lives and they have always failed (...) They don't know us,” he emphasized and reiterated that “don't be gaffos, longliners, it's not there, get to work, not to invent stories or stories”.

He said that in the
extreme right “a thousand pods are invented, every day they put us to fight,
I am always fighting with Jorge (Rodríguez). Start believing that I am
fighting with Jorge”.
He stressed that
“they put us to fight (...) they make up their own stories and end up
believing them and repeating them, then the stories fall away, and he doesn't have the
shame to say: I was wrong”.
He stressed that, in 12
years of the El Mazo program, he has only had to give a right to reply, because
what he does is read the messages that members of the
extremist right themselves publish on their social media accounts, “of what they themselves say.”
“Don't come
to tell us stories that we already know them,” he said.

Chavism is the
guarantee of stability and peace in Venezuela
The also Minister of People's Power for Internal Relations,
Justice and Peace assured that the Bolivarian Government is the one who
guarantees peace and stability in the various economic sectors, as well as
of the entire country.
“Those who want to burn the country, who want to lock up the country, who
want to call for a strike, don't guarantee anything because Chavism is calm, Chavism is calm working,” he
said.
He pointed out that while the opposition sectors are fighting each other, Chavism is organizing to continue working.

“Revise what we have to review, correct what we have
to correct in the end we are human, right? And we make mistakes, but we check and
try to straighten the boat out because, on the appropriate route, always on the path of the Bolivarian Revolution,
we can move
a little bit, but let it be in that direction,” he said.
He reaffirmed that “peace, stability and a better working environment are guaranteed only by the Revolution (...) Chavism is the guarantee of stability in this country!” , he said, stressing that Venezuela will continue to advance hand in hand with the people.

The journalism profession is very dignified, but it needs to be reviewed
Cabello highlighted the dignity of the
journalism profession; however, he urged professionals to practice it
ethically and to go through a review process.
“Journalism as a profession has to be reviewed, because something is wrong; we don't know if it's in universities, but it's in the world,” said Cabello, while recognizing those who carry out this work, which he described as complex.
In addition, he invited communication professionals to practice
ethically seeking to “be objective”.
“If you are a journalist and want to dedicate yourself to politics, welcome,
use your knowledge for that, but don't be a politician trying to be
a journalist because it looks very bad and in the underworld they call you a
longliner,” he said.
He took the opportunity to honor the journalist and comrade Earle
Herrera, whom he described as an extraordinary person who practiced “decent journalism”.

Despite media attempts against this country, the People are standing
“Despite the
regrets, despite the situation, and the media attempts, especially
media, against this country, you see it on the street, this town is standing,” he said.
He recalled that the sanctions affected
Venezuelans and divided families who saw their children emigrate with the promise
of achieving a better future; but he specified that now that “they are returning, we are receiving
them with open arms as it should be.”
He also took the opportunity
to emphasize the importance of having spaces for communication, to
show the truth of Venezuela and the world. In turn, he emphasized that work
should be done to consolidate “a global communication system of popular
power in the world.”
“We have to do it ourselves, us. And let it be a great movement for organizing and mobilizing social groups around the world, because sometimes governments don't collaborate, governments play dumb, because they don't like to listen, they don't like to listen, ” he said, noting that big corporations like CNN or Fox aren't interested in that either.
