The sectoral vice-president for Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, reaffirmed that revolutionary forces today are raising their voices for Maikelys, a girl kidnapped by the United States (USA), and for all the children in the world who are affected by imperialist aggressions.

“Let's raise our voices for all children; with Maikelys we raise our voices for all children, for those in Venezuela, for those in Palestine who are murdered every day, for those in Yemen. They are bombing cities where there are children. This way a war is very courageous, a war against children is very courageous,” he highlighted during his Con El Mazo Dando No. 524 program.

In that regard, he reaffirmed the complaint about this new attack by the United States against Venezuelan migrants. “He insists, since their actions have had no effect on them, they say that we must continue to apply acid to Venezuelans: 'we are going to divide families, '” he warned.

Regarding the case of the girl forcibly separated by the U.S. government from her mother, Yorelis Bernal, confirmed that the U.S. government is lying when it says that the baby's parents are from the Aragua Train. “Liars, manipulators, if they belong to the Aragua Train and they committed crimes, they should be tried there,” he said.

He pointed out that this narrative of the Aragua Train is only a lie of imperialism to sustain its attacks and aggressions against Venezuela. “The story is pure coba, it's a lie, they haven't sent a single member of the Aragua Train to Venezuela. The United States lies, lies and lies a thousand times to support a narrative that until now only they believe,” he said.

In addition, he took the opportunity to recall that all these actions promoted by the United States are carried out with the help of Venezuelan homelands.

“The persecution is against Venezuela thanks to a miserable opposition (...) Shame on the opponents here in Venezuela, who don't have the courage to raise their voices for a girl, because those who pay her, their masters can scold them,” he said.

He reaffirmed that, despite these actions, the Bolivarian Government will continue to extend its hand to its compatriots through the Plan Back to the Fatherland, as well as to brothers from other countries who need it.

Candidates with the People

The also general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela emphasized that today all the candidates of the Great Patriotic Pole Simon Bolivar (GPPSB) are on the street next to the People to hear it.

He also specified that, if they are victorious on May 25, they must assume the commitment to the transformation of the State proposed by President Nicolás Maduro.

“Commitment to the total transformation of the State, where the People rule, because the People want power to do things, because power is not for privileges, it is for being able to do things,” he said.

He reiterated that just as they are on the street right now in the campaign, so should they be when they are governing. At the same time, he assured that since the arrival of the Bolivarian Revolution in Venezuela, the People are the ones who decide and rule.

We don't depend on anyone

Cabello stressed that, despite all the aggressions against Venezuela, this people are succeeding thanks to their own efforts and that of the Bolivarian Government, which works hard to cover and give the necessary attention to all Venezuelans.

“We are moving forward because we don't depend on anyone. We don't expect anything from anyone but from ourselves, as Artiga said, “he said and pointed out that all the aggressions they have done is make the people more aware.

He stressed that with all the attacks imperialism and its lackeys intended to delay the advance of the socialist revolutionary model. “The People have learned and teach the rulers that more can be done with less,” he said.

“Our model is different, there will come a time when the model of the old bourgeois democracy will be replaced by the new direct popular democracy, as it should be according to our Constitution,” he said.

He also recognized all the workers of the Homeland who have been vindicated by the Revolution thanks to Commander Hugo Chávez and President Nicolás Maduro.

“There is no Revolution without the strength of the workers,” he pointed out and highlighted President Maduro's efforts to protect workers' wages in the midst of this war against Venezuela.

Battling drug trafficking

The Minister of Popular Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace also assured that “in Venezuela we are fighting a head-on battle against all drug trafficking, paramilitary and terrorist mafias.”

For this reason, he described as unjustified the allegations made by the Government of Colombia against Venezuela and its fight against drug trafficking.

“You have to answer because you have to answer this. Don't blame us for what's happening there in Colombia, throw away whoever wants to throw it away, but don't justify that with what you're saying about Venezuela, because I haven't seen the first news that says that 32 tons of drugs were seized in Colombia as a country that produces them,” he said.

He indicated that “the Colombian government is making this scandal to try to pass 'under the table' the change of its port manager linked to drug trafficking, so it asked for prudence on this issue, taking into account the amount of precise information about networks dedicated to drug trafficking provided by Venezuela to the Colombian authorities, and the police of that country do nothing. What's more, they tell him to leave,” he said.

In addition, he reaffirmed that in Venezuela all those involved in drug trafficking will bear the full weight of justice. “No one is saved here! The one who got into trouble got fucked up! There is no complicity here, that is there (Colombia) (...) Enough of the attack against Venezuela (...) Don't blame us for what's happening in Colombia,” he said.

He recalled that in the fight against drug trafficking, Venezuela has deployed more than 5 thousand members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), plus the police and seized more than 32 tons of drugs, applying a tourniquet to drugs leaving Colombia for the United States.

I am Montuno!

“I am montuno, but montuno, montuno, montuno, since you have no idea (...) I am just one more here,” said Cabello, refusing to allow the extreme right and longline media to label him number two in the Bolivarian Revolution.

He pointed out that he has only had the opportunity to have a space to say what he thinks, to defend the truth of Venezuela and to unmask that stateless opposition.

He added that it is difficult for him to give an opinion because of his responsibility as minister or sector vice-president, since a word spoken now has a different connotation than when he was only a deputy and general secretary of the PSUV.

“Before starting the program, I have to concentrate on the program (...) it's hard for me (...) when I stand here, my God, that I don't go here..., because you're a human being,” he said, stressing that only Commander Hugo Chávez had that capacity to do and say anything.

He stressed that he always says what he is obliged to say as a Venezuelan. “I defend my country from whatever it is, whoever it is and whenever,” he said.
