Diosdado Cabello, during his Con El Mazo Dando program, announced that the handcuffs used to tie Venezuelans deported from the United States will be used to create a sculpture that recalls the cruelty of imperialism.

“Those bugs are so miserable that they sent Venezuelans in handcuffs and I set out to take off their handcuffs, because if you don't have justice you shouldn't be handcuffed for more than 24 hours, and I kept my handcuffs, and now they're asking for the handcuffs and I told them that I would return them to you when they return CITGO and the planes to us, in the meantime, I ordered to make a sculpture to represent the freedom of the Peoples,” he said.
