The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of
Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted the participatory and
leading nature of Venezuelan democracy devised by Supreme Commander Hugo Chávez and strengthened by President Nicolás Maduro.
During the 529th broadcast of his program Con el Mazo Dando, he celebrated the call made by the National Electoral Council (CNE) for the 33rd election in 25 years and the second in 2025 in which Venezuelans will choose, with their direct and secret vote, mayors and legislative councils.

“It is difficult in another
country in the world to consult both the people and the people of Venezuela. Other
countries cannot say that,” he emphasized, while drawing attention to the capacity for constant consultation of the People, recalling that
on the
same day as the municipal elections, scheduled for July 27, the third popular consultation for projects will be held, this being the first
dedicated to works for youth.
“That day will also be
held the popular consultation of young people, People's Power,
true democracy, which can be seen to be felt,” he exalted.
He pointed out that the revolutionary
forces grouped in the Simón Bolívar Great Patriotic Pole
(GPPSB) are already prepared to face this new contest in unity with the objective of a new victory.

“We are
ready now (...) and at any time we are going to announce the method for choosing
candidates for mayors and municipal councils,” he said and contrasting
this unitary strength of the revolutionaries “with the disaster they have in the opposition.”
“Are they going to participate?
They didn't say anything, did they? Well, they are still divided because we are going for victory and more
united than ever,” he said.
If you are a migrant, come on!

He recalled that the last electoral
victory was dedicated to Venezuelan migrants who are victims
of a campaign of persecution, criminalization and kidnapping by the United States
authorities, actions that were sponsored and have the support of the Venezuelan
opposition extremist leadership.
“According to María Corina Machad,
what (Donald) Trump does against Venezuelans is fine, so he posts messages
like this: 'Thank you, @RealDonaldTrump, for your firm commitment to
freedom and democracy in Venezuela. ' What a ball roll is worth it! They know what's
going on, that they have no way of claiming their master,” he lamented.
In this regard, after expressing his rejection of the new measures of the U.S. government against Venezuelan migrants by revoking their visas and prohibiting entry into the territory of the North American country, he called for compatriots to return to the country and stop submitting to these harassment in other nations.
“If you are a migrant, come and let's move this country forward. Let's stay
united and together for this country,” he urged.
In the US they don't talk about the Aragua Train anymore!

The also Sectorial Vice President of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace referred to the
silence that prevails within the North American administration regarding the
alleged presence of the extinct criminal group “Tren de Aragua” that was
used to criminalize Venezuelans in the United States.
“Did you see that in the
United States no longer talks about the Aragua Train? They dropped the lie and
now they don't even name it. Look, those people with the Aragua Train were
ridiculed,” he said.
He reiterated that the Bolivarian
Government will combat all criminal groups,
mafias and drug traffickers with force.
“Some people do their" Robin Hood "
campaign saying 'I care for you', 'I help you', 'I do'.
Then some sectors of the people come out to protest, saying 'don't mess with
my narcos, 'but we're going to get in and we're going to find them and get them out of
where they hide. There is a battle against the gangs here,”
he emphasized.
Terrorism from Ecuador and Trinidad

The Minister for Internal
Relations, Justice and Peace referred to the recent capture of a
group of mercenaries who tried to enter from Trinidad and Tobago to
Venezuela in order to undertake destabilizing actions in the country and
announced that interrogations have shed light on these plans
promoted by opposition extremism with the support of the Government of the Ecuadorian extreme right Daniel Noboa and former presidents Iván Duque and
Álvaro Uribe from Colombia.
In this regard, he took the opportunity to respond to the Minister of Defense of Trinidad and Tobago, Marvin Gonzales, about the capture of a Trinidadian citizen who was part of the group of mercenaries who tried to enter the country, many of them of Colombian nationality.

“A
statement came out from the Ministry of Defense of Trinidad and Tobago, in which, the veracity of
the evidence against a group of Colombian paramilitaries who
entered Venezuela through Port of Spain, in Trinidad and Tobago, well,
Mr. Minister of Defense, I would like to inform you that it is not only Colombians
who are entering through Trinidad, but also
Trinitarian mercenaries are entering, we have caught one and you are in good safety, respecting your human rights,” he said.
Cabello made information and evidence available to Trinidadian authorities regarding these plans and the capture of these terrorists.
