Candidate for governor Arnaldo Sánchez: We will make Mérida an epicenter of the country's economy

The candidate for governor for the state of Mérida, Arnaldo Sánchez, was received by a large delegation of producers from the South-West and the Federation of Grenadiers of the South (Fegasur) to draw up a joint plan to support livestock farming in Andean lands and in the South of Lago.

“We have talked about turning Mérida into an epicenter of economic development in the country and together we can guarantee quality levels through the laboratories that we will be installing in the municipalities, in order to support the certification of all sectors and the subsequent export of production,” he said.

For his part, Edgar Uzcátegui, president of Fegasur, expressed his commitment to achieving a “real dynamization of the economy of the livestock sector in the state of Mérida”.
