CANTV achieved 98.17% effectiveness in troubleshooting at Delta Amacuro

The Venezuelan National Anonymous Telephone Company (CANTV) achieved 98.17% effectiveness in resolving fault reports handled between January and August 2026 in Delta Amacuro state, according to the state company.

During the period, the operator managed nearly 1,400 requests channeled through the VenApp of the 1x10 Good Governance System, with coverage in the municipalities of Tucupita and Casacoima. The technical crews carried out work in communities such as Paloma, La Horqueta, Hacienda del Medio, Carapal and Rómulo Gallegos, among other locations in the entity.

Care included corrective network maintenance, replacement of sleeves, cable laying, rebuilding splices and connectivity tests, in order to restore affected services. Félix González, coordinator of the Rómulo Gallegos community, in the José Vidal Marcano parish of the Tucupita municipality, highlighted the usefulness of the VenApp to channel requirements and the speed of the technical team in the restoration of telecommunications.

With these results, CANTV confirms its commitment to recover and guarantee the continuity of services in Delta Amacuro, while advancing the objective of connecting the Guiana Region.
